“Next to sound judgment, diamonds and pearls are the rarest things in the world.” So are the passion, skill and talent of professional dancer, model, host and actress Asia Diamond.

Originally from New York, Asia Diamond has over twenty years of dancing under her belt. She honed her craft at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater of Harlem, Joffrey Ballet, Harlem School of Arts and the Harlem Hospital Dance Leadership Program— some of the most distinguished dance training centers in America. Asia has worked with many notable choreographers including Michelle Johnston, Anthony Hart, Robin Dunn and many more.

In pursuit of artistic ascendancy and overall excellence, Asia relocated to Atlanta in 2009. Her style, grace, petite frame and aura were all contributing factors to her immediate success in the “city of entertainment.” Within one year Asia signed with SDA Talent Management and Bloc South Talent Agency per-gig, and become a model and choreographer for LS Management.

Since then, she has ventured out into modeling, hosting and acting. Asia was featured in the 2010 Beauty/Fashion Winter Issue of Kontrol Magazine— one of Atlanta’s renowned online magazines. Both impressed with and intrigued by her exquisiteness and charm, the editors of Kontrol invited Asia to model at their second annual charity fashion show, benefiting Sickle Cell Anemia.

Asia was the principle dancer for A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song— the Warner Brothers movie that premiered in 2012 on ABC Family. She served as a dancer and choreographer for singer D. Ellis’ live broadcast performance on 98.7 KISS FM in January 2012. Asia has also opened for the Eriam Sisters showcase, where she had the honor of performing to the hit single Diary by the Americas Got Talent semi-finalist.

The multi-faceted beauty has appeared as a model in several music videos for artists such as Busta Rhymes, Lil Mama, Lloyd, D. Ellis and Ray Lavender.

Some of her upcoming appearances include working with choreographer Christopher “Sweat” White and performing live with ICE-T’s new artist Knight on BET 106 & Park. She will also be featured dancing with choreographer Jadèe Nikita for her Biggie’s Hip-ography project that will air on World Star Hip Hop and AllHipHop.com during their 15-year anniversary, during Hip Hop month.
